Rochelle R. De Golier

Ms. De Golier is Senior Counsel with Schumann Arevalo, LLP, working in the firm’s Law and Motion/Appellate Division. She has worked in Law & Motion exclusively for the past two years. However, she has been writing successful motions since the beginning of her career. Prior to Schumann Arevalo, Ms. De Golier worked in a well-known Insurance Defense firm, in their respective Law and Motion/Appellate Department. She also has practiced in Plaintiff’s Employment and Labor law.

Ms. De Golier started and has spent most of her career working in prominent Southern California defense firms known for Medical Malpractice Defense, Elder Abuse Defense, Health Care Entity Defense, and Public Entity Defense. Having spent some time working in this area, Ms. De Golier is not a stranger to dealing with challenging cases. She has handled cases involving allegations of abuse and neglect against medical practitioners of a variety of different specialties, including brain and spinal surgeons, infectious disease specialists, internists, and anesthesiologists.

Ms. De Golier is persistent, tenacious, and focused on getting the best possible results for her clients available under law. In her years of practice, she has adeptly and efficiently handled all forms of discovery; has successfully taken and defended depositions; and has had a noteworthy record with her Law and Motion practice. She has won motions for her clients where potential liability exceeded $10 million.

Ms. De Golier has won the State Bar of California, Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in 2012.
