Lesley B. Davis

Ms. Davis is a Senior Counsel with Schumann Arevalo LLP. Ms. Davis’ practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and general liability civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, premises liability and product liability. Ms. Davis has extensive law and motion experience, including appellate work. Ms. Davis is an effective advocate by considering the strengths and weaknesses of a case in the early stages of litigation and has resolved numerous cases through negotiated settlement and mediation.

Prior to joining Schumann Arevalo, Ms. Davis was a bankruptcy attorney with over 25 years’ experience, advising individuals, business entities and creditors regarding available options for dealing with their respective rights in consumer and business bankruptcies. In addition, Ms. Davis has experience in a wide variety of areas of legal practice including collections and enforcement of post-judgment remedies, probate law, family law, and employment law.

Ms. Davis earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York, Buffalo and her Juris Doctorate from Western State University, College of Law.

In her free time, Ms. Davis enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, watching and playing sports.
